For Buyers I work as an Exclusive Buyers Agent, which allows me to represent buyers in finding them a home rather than working as a subagent of the seller. Generally in the Triangle area, a buyer’s agent is paid by the Seller, so this service does not cost you additional money. I received my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation from the REBAC organization which means I have detailed training in representing you as a Buyers agent. My skills and expertise as a Buyers agent allow me to find a home for you, negotiate the best possible terms of the contract, and protect your best interests throughout your purchase. After you find a home, I coordinate inspections, follow the lending process to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible, and attend closing with you. One of the other advantages of having me as a Buyers agent is that I can show you property listed by RE/MAX or any other company in the Triangle area so you will have a chance to see all the homes that meet your personal criteria.
